Technical Consulting Analyst
Role Overview
Are you a recent college graduate or a professional considering a career change, looking to launch your career in technology consulting? Our Consultant Masterclass is designed to support your transition from college to career through immersive, hands-on learning and real-world project experience. As a Masterclass participant, you will complete a structured onboarding program that includes Microsoft product training, consulting fundamentals, AI-enabled development practices, and applied business scenarios.
Upon completion, you will be positioned to obtain multiple Microsoft certifications and will continue receiving two years of mentorship, technical coaching, and professional development to support your growth as a technical consultant.
As an Analyst, you can expect to…
- Assist senior consultants with tasks and components of project implementations, including analysis, discovery, solution design, data migration, testing, documentation, training, and deployment.
- Assist with configuration and customization of Microsoft business applications to support client business requirements.
- Participate in joint application design (JAD) sessions, customer workshops, and technical discussions; capture accurate notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Develop low code solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, or related platform capabilities, with guidance from senior team members.
- Support data migration activities, including data preparation, mapping, validation, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to integrations, troubleshooting, and basic debugging activities under the direction of senior consultants.
- Define and execute test scenarios, document results, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and environment readiness.
- Prepare prototypes, demos, or sandbox environments for internal or client facing sessions.
- Learn and apply consulting methodologies, delivery processes, and technical best practices.
- Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing sessions, and team collaboration activities.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- This is a New York City based role and requires regular attendance in the office.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of development concepts such as object oriented programming, APIs, and cloud based applications.
- Exposure to development or configuration technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, or similar tools (academic, internship, or project experience accepted).
- Experience with or hands on exposure to AI assisted development, such as Copilot tools, low code AI builders, or AI related academic or project work.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
- Internship or project experience in software development, IT projects, system configuration, or related areas (preferred, not required).
- Nice to have (not required): Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM platforms (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
