Business Development Representative

EMR

We are a fully licensed Behavioral Health Secured Transportation (BHST) provider serving Arapahoe County and surrounding Colorado counties. We are Type A and Type B licensed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and we provide safe, dignified, and clinically-aware transport for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

We are a growing startup with real momentum — MCO contracts in place, hospital vendor approvals secured, and a strong referral infrastructure already built. We're now looking for a motivated, people-first Business Development Representative to help us grow our referral network through direct facility outreach.

The Role

This is a part-time, flexible, commission-based field role. You will be the face of EasyMediRide in the community — visiting behavioral health facilities, crisis stabilization units, hospital social work departments, and mental health networks across the Denver metro area to introduce our services and build referral relationships.

This is not a cold sales job. You are introducing a high-need clinical resource to people who genuinely need it. If you have a background in behavioral health, healthcare, or case management — you already speak the language.

What You'll Do

  • Visit hospitals, CSUs, crisis centers, and outpatient behavioral health facilities in person
  • Introduce EasyMediRide's BHST services to social workers, case managers, charge nurses, and clinical directors
  • Leave behind materials, collect contact names, and follow up consistently
  • Update our outreach tracking system after every visit
  • Coordinate with our operations and dispatch team to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Attend occasional community or provider networking events

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you have experience in any of the following:

  • Behavioral health, social work, case management, or psychiatric care
  • Home health, medical transport, or healthcare sales
  • Community health outreach or patient advocacy
  • Medical device or pharmaceutical sales

You have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills — you're warm, credible, and easy to talk to
  • Comfort walking into clinical settings and introducing yourself
  • A self-starter attitude — you manage your own schedule and follow through
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Colorado driver's license
  • Familiarity with the Denver metro behavioral health landscape (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (a strong plus but not required)

Compensation

  • Commission-based — earn per verified referral relationship established
  • Performance bonuses for hitting monthly outreach milestones
  • Flexible schedule — you set your own hours within our target visit windows
  • Mileage reimbursement for facility visits
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company scales

Compensation details discussed during interview. This role is structured to reward consistent, relationship-driven outreach.

Why Join EasyMediRide

  • Join a mission-driven company at an early, exciting stage
  • Flexible work — no rigid 9-to-5, no office requirement
  • Work alongside a passionate founding team
  • Build your network across Colorado's behavioral health ecosystem
