We have opened our seasonal hiring for Summer 2026 for the National Youth Science Camp. All applicants must:

  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Encourage delegates to interact with presenters, their peers, and staff members.
  • Participate in all elements of the NYSCamp program, including pre- and post-camp activities, unless exempted by the NYSCamp Director in writing and in advance of the arrival to work.
  • Conduct at least 2 seminars during the NYSCamp program.
  • Participate on at least one special event advance team.
  • Serve in additional roles which support the traditions of the NYSCamp.
  • Pass a background check, including DMV (motor vehicle) for anyone over the age of 21 who will be driving a NYSAcademy vehicle. 

NYSCamp Applications will be reviewed starting March 15, 2026, until all positions are filled.
