We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals interested in gaining hands on experience in customer engagement, field marketing, and the home improvement industry.

Position Overview

The Field Sales Representative role focuses on introducing homeowners to Wise Choice Remodeling services and generating opportunities for home improvement consultations. Representatives work within assigned neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our project consultants.

This position is well suited for students or recent graduates who want to build real world skills in communication, business development, and sales while working in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods
Introduce Wise Choice Remodeling services and explain available home improvement solutions
Generate leads and schedule consultations for project consultants
Represent the company professionally in the community
Maintain consistent outreach within assigned territories
Track activity and appointments generated

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and comfortable working in a field environment
Interest in sales, business development, marketing, or customer relations
Reliable transportation for local travel within the region
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
