Business Analyst Intern

Are you passionate about using technology and data to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes? Cloud Destinations is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team and work on real-world digital transformation initiatives across healthcare organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how cloud platforms, AI, data analytics, and intelligent automation are transforming healthcare operations, care coordination, and patient engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Analyze healthcare workflows such as care coordination, patient scheduling, clinical operations, and administrative processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
  • Participate in solution design sessions supporting AI-driven healthcare platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and digital health applications.
  • Assist in creating process maps, requirement documents, user journeys, and executive presentations for healthcare transformation programs.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to help improve healthcare operations, patient services, and workforce scheduling models.
  • Work closely with onsite client teams and offshore engineering teams in an Agile environment to support solution delivery and ensure alignment with healthcare business goals.
  • Cantonese Language skills will be plus.
