Major Accounts Manager

This is a 20-hour per week independent contractor role. Base compensation is $20 per hour, paid monthly, plus commission on the revenue you close. The Commission has no ceiling. As your book of business grows, your income grows. Strong performers can significantly out-earn the base compensation.

About This Role:

  • You are the face of Baycoast Media in Tampa.
  • You attend curated networking events with owners and executives.
  • You visit local businesses and introduce Baycoast confidently and professionally.
  • You conduct discovery conversations and listen more than you talk.
  • You identify real needs like website redesign, SEO repair, Google Ads growth, visibility strategy, and brand alignment.
  • You send proposals.
  • You close deals.
  • You manage your accounts with ownership and pride.
  • You build long-term partnerships, not transactions.

This is not a passive networking role. This is a revenue-generating relationship role.

Experience in marketing, web design, SEO, Google Ads, or agency environments is helpful, but character and drive matter more.
