Analyst

Strategy Consulting Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst in our newly established Boston office to strengthen our global team of management consultants.

What you'll do

• You will work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants to solve complex business issues and to develop sustainable and implementable solutions for our clients.
• You will collect and analyze complex data sets, develop and test hypotheses, work on research assignments, and help formulate recommendations and build powerful presentations.
• You will gain exposure to the business world and will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills as part of our high-performing teams.
• Stonehaven has a highly collaborative approach where you work closely with our wider internal and expert teams, and where you will have exposure to senior clients early on in your career.
• You will also start contributing to firm building and business development.
• To build on their existing skills and to develop new competencies, our consultants receive training both in external sessions and on the job.
• You will receive frequent feedback, coaching and mentoring from your colleagues. With Stonehaven Cozmix Group being a small firm, the partners remain very accessible and involved in project delivery as well as personal development of the team. You will also be assigned a senior team member as a formal mentor.

• We serve clients in the life sciences industry, ranging from large multinationals and major private equity funds to small and medium-sized companies.
• We also help early-stage companies grow and follow them through their expansion phase to a potential exit.
• Our projects are centered around growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and M&A. We also support our clients in all aspects of both sell- and buy-side transactions.

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree from a top institution
• Demonstrated interest in management consulting, life sciences, and/or animal health
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable handling data platforms and large data sets
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in written
• Strong interpersonal competencies, including excellent team, client-facing and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US 
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Boston MA
