Data Analyst

Quintrix is currently seeking professionals who are interested in upskilling into the exciting field of Data Analytics. This opportunity is with our direct client in the Banking industry and includes a 4-week instructor-led online pre-employment training (15 hours per week), conveniently scheduled after business hours.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend. This is a great opportunity to gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic technology role.

Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12–15 months (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data needs
• Participate in ongoing data management and improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Strong understanding of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) or BI tools
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• High attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the data domain

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
• Basic knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of Data Governance or MDM concepts (academic exposure acceptable)
• Internship experience in data-related roles

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

Selection Process:
• Online assessment and technical interview with Quintrix
• Client interview(s)
• 4-week pre-employment online instructor-led training
