AI Media Archive & Digital Asset Management Intern

Title: AI Media Systems Internship – Digital Archive & Asset Management

Location: Lakewood, PA

Duration: 8–10 weeks

About the Role

This internship is ideal for a tech-forward student interested in AI, digital organization, and media systems.

You will help build a searchable, AI-enhanced media archive containing hundreds of thousands of images and videos. This is a rare opportunity to design and manage a real-world digital asset management system.

What You’ll Do

  • Run AI-assisted photo culling workflows
  • Assign marketing tiers (Tier 1–4)
  • Build searchable collections
  • Implement metadata tagging systems
  • Help achieve a 10-second search benchmark
  • Create “Best Of” and signature collections

Skills You Should Have

  • Strong organizational mindset
  • Comfort working with large digital files
  • Basic understanding of metadata
  • Familiarity with Google Drive or file systems
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
