About the Role
Are you driven, ambitious, quick-witted, and creative? If so, you may be a great fit for PartnerComm! We are looking for a full-time Communication Consultant to join the team.
Our Consultants wear many hats: writer, proofreader, strategist, project manager, art department liaison, design and web liaison, client contact, and brilliant brainstormer. They enjoy developing deep, lasting relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues to deliver on their clients’ objectives. They are also detail-oriented — capable of managing multiple project teams, workloads, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, communication, management, writing, or related degree
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to draft engaging communication pieces and present with confidence and professionalism
- Expertise with MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Relocation to Dallas/Fort-Worth is required. This position will be based out of our office in Uptown Dallas.
A Typical Day:
- Draft and edit content
- Brainstorm campaign concepts
- Develop communication strategies
- Manage projects by cultivating client relationships, outlining scope of work, creating pricing menus, tracking team members’ progress, joining team calls, and handling billing
- Collaborate with fellow consultants, creative director, graphic designers, web programmers, and others
