We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS I). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism (ages 2–8) in their homes, helping them learn communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, child development, social work, or behavioral health. No prior ABA experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism
- Follow individualized behavior treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors
- Teach communication, play, and social skills
- Record and document data during therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism and follow guidance from supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to commit to the position for at least one year
- Passion for working with children
- Experience with children, childcare, or education is preferred but not required
