Broadway Optical, a respected independent optometry practice serving the Slavic Village community for more than 35 years, is seeking a clinically strong and relationship‑driven Associate Optometrist. Practice Profile
Broadway Optical is a family‑run, full‑scope primary care practice with a loyal multigenerational patient base. The practice is fully modernized and equipped to support efficient, high‑quality clinical care.
Diagnostic & Clinical Technology
•  Two fully equipped exam lanes with digital phoropters
•  Zeiss Cirrus OCT
•  DRSplus retinal imaging
•  Auto‑refractors
•  Zeiss visual fields
•  Pachmate pachymetry
•  Icare tonometry
•  On‑site edging for same‑day eyewear services
This technology suite supports comprehensive medical optometry, efficient workflow, and an excellent patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities
•  Provide comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
•  Diagnose and manage ocular disease with appropriate autonomy
•  Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and specialty lenses
•  Collaborate with an experienced optical and administrative team
•  Contribute to practice development, clinical protocols, and patient‑care standards
•  Participate in leadership discussions as part of the ownership‑track pathway

Qualifications
•  Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with active Ohio licensure
•  Strong clinical proficiency in primary care optometry
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Professionalism, reliability, and a patient‑centered approach
•  Interest in long‑term practice growth, leadership, and eventual ownership
•  Commitment to maintaining the practice’s reputation for warm, personal care
