Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistants to join our team at Forever Diamonds NY. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and business operations within the luxury jewelry industry. You’ll play a key role in assisting with data entry tasks and supporting our operational processes.

Prefer applicants that are already living in the NYC area
 

Key Responsibilities:

•Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

•Organize and categorize data for ease of access

•Generate reports and assist in data-driven decision-making

•Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

•Collaborate with the team to resolve data discrepancies

•Keep track of shipping and jewelry product inventory

•Perform other administrative tasks as required
 

Qualifications:

•Basic understanding of data entry and database management (CRM)

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•Excellent organizational and time management skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Strong communication skills
 

Preferred Skills:

•Experience with data entry software

•Familiarity with data validation techniques

•Knowledge of data privacy and security practices
