We are a small, partner-led CPA firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida, focused exclusively on providing audit, review, compilation, and tax services for homeowners’ associations (HOAs) and condominium associations. Founded just over two years ago, our firm is growing quickly and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with partners and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of public accounting.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Audit Associate to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or current student pursuing an accounting degree who is looking to build a career in public accounting with direct mentorship and significant growth opportunities.
You will work closely with the partners on client engagements, assisting with audit and tax preparation, client communication, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering client information and documentation for audit and tax engagements
- Prepare and organize audit workpapers and supporting schedules
- Assist in preparing tax returns
- Perform data entry tasks
- Support partners with administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients to request information and follow up on outstanding items
Qualifications
- Must be located in Naples-Fort Myers area and able to reliably commute to the Bonita Springs office
- Basic understanding of accounting principles required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Candidates currently pursuing an accounting degree will be considered if they have completed most core accounting coursework
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills
- Prior experience with HOAs/condominiums is a plus, but not required
- Prior audit experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment & Schedule
- In-office position in Bonita Springs, FL
- Busy Season (January–April): 60–70 hours per week expected
- Off Season (June–December): Significantly reduced workload, with substantial paid time off
We prioritize completing the majority of our work by April 30, allowing for an extended off-season with meaningful time away from work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Approximately $50,000 annually
- CPA Exam Support: Mentorship, guidance, and reimbursement of CPA exam costs

Note: At this time, we do not offer health insurance or retirement benefits. Both would be available starting January 2027.
