Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Team. This position supports the growth and visibility of our group of independent pharmacies and is ideal for a marketing professional with strong healthcare experience, with pharmacy experience highly preferred.

The Marketing Manager will develop a strategy and coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple locations. This role partners closely with pharmacy leadership and operations to ensure that all messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with our mission to support patient health and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry required; pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a multi‑location or service‑based environment.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Ability to use data and analytics to guide decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with clinical and operational teams in a regulated environment.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $85,000 Annually.

Starting salary is dependent on experience.
