Operations and Service Specialist

We are looking for an Operations & Service Specialist for full-time or part-time, on-site position in Duluth, GA. This role includes supporting daily operational activities, providing exceptional technical support to clients, managing customer issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company’s POS systems. The associate will maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service while adhering to organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in POS systems, card processing, or marketing is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Korean is preferred but not required
  • Experience in customer or support roles with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers
  • Strong communication skills for resolving customer inquiries and issues
  • Basic technical support skills, including troubleshooting hardware or software problems, or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
