What You’ll Do
- Implement KinderCare’s research-based curriculum to support children’s development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
- Partner with families through consistent, positive communication
- Maintain compliance with state licensing and health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with center leadership and fellow teachers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in early childhood education, preschool, or licensed child care preferred
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and actively engage indoors and outdoors
