Zoo Media is offering a high‑impact Social Media & Digital Strategy Internship for emerging creators, strategists, and digital storytellers ready to shape brand narratives in the age of artificial intelligence. This experience goes far beyond posting—you’ll learn how to build platforms from the ground up, launch full‑scale campaigns, and use next‑generation AI tools to drive visibility, engagement, and community impact.
Interns work across Zoo Media’s diverse portfolio of youth‑focused, entertainment, sports, and creator‑driven brands, as well as select client campaigns. You’ll create, curate, and optimize content that captures attention, elevates young voices, and moves audiences to action.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Setup
- Establish and manage social media profiles across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Develop platform‑specific strategies for branding, voice, accessibility, and audience targeting.
AI‑Enhanced Campaign Execution
- Use AI‑powered scheduling and bulk‑publishing tools to automate and optimize cross‑platform campaigns.
- Generate analytics reports using internal and third‑party dashboards to refine strategy in real time.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Zoo Media’s video, design, copy, and youth‑creator teams to produce social‑first assets.
- Assist in creating short‑form videos, carousels, story graphics, captions, hashtags, and interactive content.
Strategic Growth & Engagement
- Engage with online communities, support influencer partnerships, and monitor engagement strategies.
- Contribute to both brand awareness and direct‑response initiatives across multiple industries.
Client & Internal Brand Exposure
- Work directly with Zoo Media’s internal brand ecosystem and external client accounts to apply your skills in live campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media, brand voice, and digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, CapCut, Canva, Later, or similar platforms.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced creative environment.
- Curious about AI‑assisted marketing workflows and emerging automation tools.
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, analytics, video, PR, and strategy teams.
