About the Opportunity

We are building a highly trend-driven, commercially sharp fashion brand and are looking for a top-tier U.S.-based Fashion Buying, Trend Forecasting & Design Intern to join us.

This is not a research-only internship. We are looking for someone who can:

• Anticipate trends before they peak
• Translate them into strong design direction
• Create styles that actually restock

Our core team operates from India, and you will act as our U.S. market lens, influencing monthly launches from concept to final design execution.

This role is ideal for a high-performing student or recent graduate from a leading fashion program who wants real responsibility and measurable impact.

What You’ll Own

• Forecast emerging U.S. fashion trends (runway, street, retail, social)
• Design and help develop 50–60 commercially viable styles per month
• Create strong, clear mood boards and seasonal direction
• Produce design sketches and concept references
• Identify silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and trims with commercial accuracy
• Analyze competitors and retail performance shifts
• Influence final selections before production

You won’t just assist — you will contribute to real product decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

Currently studying or recently graduated from: Parsons, FIT, Pratt, SCAD, RISD, FIDM, or equivalent top fashion programs
 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design clarity and trend awareness
• Deep understanding of the U.S. contemporary / Gen-Z / trend market
• Ability to balance creative instinct with commercial intelligence
• Fast, organized, deadline-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a remote structure

This role is performance-driven and suited for someone ambitious.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with performance-based upside.

Base Compensation: $400 per month, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month.

If more than 30% of your selected/designed styles move into restock, you will receive an additional $200 bonus for every 5% increase above 30%.

Example:

35% restock rate → +$200

40% restock rate → +$400

45% restock rate → +$600


Your creativity will be tied directly to measurable commercial results.
