Ambia Energy is hiring Solar Outreach Interns to introduce homeowners to residential solar and schedule free in-home consultations with our solar specialists. You’ll be in the field, but you won’t be thrown in blind—this role comes with training, daily coaching, and a clear playbook so you always know what to do and how to improve.

What you’ll do

• Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start respectful conversations
• Explain solar benefits and incentives in a simple, accurate way
• Set consultation appointments (no selling required on the doorstep)
• Track activity and progress toward clear goals
