Our interdisciplinary team supports families with children (0-3 years) who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship-based approach. We practice cultural humility as we develop relationships with families, and grow in our understanding of their values, beliefs, priorities, routines, sources of stress, goals and intervention needs. Our over-arching goal is to strengthen the mutual enjoyment of daily activities and interactions between children and their caregivers, while attending to specific delays and challenges. We employ parent support, coaching and education, and, as needed, direct work with children.
We are committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and the process of continual learning. You will be supported by a collaborative, supportive team, participate in weekly team meetings and monthly discipline specific meetings and staff meetings, and weekly reflective supervision.
