Director of First Impressions

As Director of First Impressions in our Bethlehem office, you will be the face of YMI to our clients. You will be the first person they hear when they call, the first person they see when they walk in, and you will be so much more than a receptionist.

If you are a high-energy, team player, looking for a career path, you will do well in this position. While you are the face of YMI, you are so much more. You will be given responsibilities that help the agency - exploring and engaging with our community, scanning and organizing files, etc. And this is only the start; we will invest behind successful employees so they can grow in their careers to become agents or producers.

YMI is one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the area, with 25 staff members across three offices, run by Jimi Honochick. Jimi treats his main job as building this team, so we take hiring very seriously. You will be joining a team of dedicated, smart, and fun people who want to see you, our clients, and this agency thrive.
