Clinical Operations and Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
This is a hybrid clinical and operational role with marketing support responsibilities. The right candidate will help maintain high standards in medication preparation, patient communication, workflow organization, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations
• Draw up and prepare medications accurately and safely
• Label, package, and prepare shipments
• Maintain medication inventory and organization
• Support compliance and quality control processes
Patient Experience
• Follow up with patients regarding labs, refills, appointments, and shipments
• Support onboarding and intake processes
• Maintain timely and professional communication
• Assist with scheduling and coordination
Marketing & Brand Support
• Create patient-facing and prospect-facing documents in Canva
• Assist with newsletters and educational materials
• Support social media and marketing initiatives
• Help develop clear, polished educational resources
Practice Organization
• Maintain organized systems and workflows
• Track operational tasks and follow through
• Identify areas for efficiency improvement
Qualifications
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in a medical environment
• Tech-savvy, including Canva and digital tools
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Healthcare experience preferred
