Location: Manhattan, New York (Hybrid)
Start Date: June 2026 or September 2026
Term: Two years, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement
Compensation: $70,000 plus bonus; health, 401(k), paid time off and other benefits
About the Role
Treanor Devlin-Brown PLLC is seeking Analysts to join our growing Manhattan litigation boutique led by two former federal prosecutors with a combined 50 years in high stakes criminal and civil litigation.
This is a two-year program for recent college graduates who want hands-on experience in white-collar criminal defense, government investigations and trial work of all kinds. TDB Law is particularly known for its expertise in cryptocurrency fraud recovery cases and other litigation involving emerging technologies.
Analysts are integral members of our lean case teams, working directly with the firm’s founding partners and attorneys on active matters. This is a substantive role that goes far beyond what you’d get in a traditional paralegal position. You will take on real responsibility from day one, make valuable connections in the legal community, and learn whether a career as a lawyer might be right for you.
Responsibilities
- Master the facts from investigation to trial in our high stakes litigations
- Manage discovery workflows and maintain case document systems
- Support open-source investigations into individuals, entities, and transactions
- Assist in witness interviews, depositions, client meetings, and court appearances
- Serve as the organizational backbone of case teams
- Leverage cutting edge AI and other tech to help us reinvent the law firm model
- Support firm operations and contribute to building a fast-growing practice
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (by summer 2026) with an outstanding academic record
- Excellent, proven writing and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A willingness to take initiative and be a team player in engaging start-up environment
- Ability to work in our Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule
Bonus Considerations
- Interest in or familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and advanced workflows (including AI-assisted coding)
- Foreign language skills
