Marketing Intern

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Client Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day marketing operations across a portfolio of Minor League Baseball teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real experience executing campaigns, digging into performance data, and learning the inner workings of sports marketing. If you’re organized, curious about what the numbers are telling you, and excited about sports or marketing, this is a great place to grow.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing one thing. You’ll touch multiple parts of our client success operations — from campaign execution to audience analysis — and see firsthand how data-driven strategy comes to life in the stadium.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Execution Support: Assist in building and deploying email, text, and paid media campaigns for MiLB team partners using our RevTM platform
  • Marketing Calendars: Help build and maintain editorial calendars and campaign deployment schedules across multiple teams
  • Performance Reporting: Pull campaign performance data from our platform and third-party tools, summarize results, and help identify trends that inform future campaign decisions
  • Audience & Segmentation Support: Assist with fan audience segmentation, helping ensure the right message reaches the right fans at the right time
  • Quality Assurance: Review campaigns before they go live — checking copy, links, images, promo codes, and audience segments for accuracy
  • Client Communication: Support account teams with status updates, meeting notes, and tracking client requests
  • General Operations: Assist with special projects and day-to-day operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
  • Comfortable working with data — you’re not afraid of a spreadsheet and can spot a trend or inconsistency when you see one
  • Interest in using data to inform decisions, not just report on them
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft or Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
  • Experience with Notion, Meta, or email platforms is a plus

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world experience running marketing campaigns for professional sports teams
  • Exposure to marketing automation, audience segmentation, and fan engagement strategy
  • Hands-on experience with industry tools used in sports marketing
  • A collaborative team environment where your contributions matter from day one

Why Join Revelocity?

You'll be joining a dynamic team passionate about transforming sports marketing through technology and data. This role offers incredible learning opportunities — you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge marketing tools, work directly with professional sports teams, and see the immediate impact of your work in our clients' stadiums. As we grow, so will your opportunities to take on more responsibility and shape our operations.

Our Core Values

  1. Keep Innovating: We’re restless in the best way — constantly asking “how can this be better?” We leverage technology and AI to punch above our weight, experiment with new approaches, and find smarter, more efficient ways to solve every challenge.
  2. Stay Curious: We ask “why?” and “what if?” about everything — our company, our clients, our technology, our industry. We dig deeper to understand the real problem we’re really solving. Curiosity drives us to spot opportunities others miss and proactively find new places where we can make an impact.
  3. Get Stuff Done: Talk is cheap. We deliver results. We’re biased toward action, focus on what drives real impact. We ship, we measure, we learn, and we keep pushing to achieve more.
  4. Be Relentlessly Helpful: We show up for our teammates, our clients, and our communities with 110% effort — not because we have to, but because that’s how great work happens. We’re tuned into what others need, actively collaborative, and always willing to jump in.
