Finance Ministry Intern

MULTIPLY NETWORK

(Berkley Hills, Frost Creek, Knapp Valley)

FINANCE MINISTRY INTERN

Mission: Knowing Jesus. Being Jesus.

Vision: To start and sustain a multiplication movement of global proportion where we multiply disciples, disciple makers and churches until all are reached.

2026 Network Goal:

To become mature disciples who think and act like Jesus in our homes,                churches, and region.

Network Culture

●      Family  Acts 2:42-47

“In order to be grown you have to be known”

●      Discernment  Philippians 1:9-11

●      “We pray that the Holy Spirit will be the most definable feature of who we are”

●      Response  James 1:22

“What happens Monday-Saturday is just as important as what happens on Sunday”

●      Equipping:  Ephesians 4:11-16

“We are called to equip the found to reach the lost”

●      Outreach  Luke  4:8-19                                                                                               “We are called to fix what’s broken, share the truth and rewrite the narrative”

“We’re here to build the Kingdom of God not the Kingdom of Berkley”

●      Multiplication  Matthew 28:19-20

“We measure success by our sending capacity not our seating capacity”

Staff Culture: Holy Spirit pursuit, Humility, Hard Work, Fun, Intentionality. Teamwork/Collaboration, Multiplication, Leadership

 Expectations

1.    Lead from all in.  Our leadership starts by cultivating our own personal relationship with Jesus.  Secret time with Jesus outside office hours is an expectation for all staff members.  We see following and serving Jesus as a “get to” not a “have to.”  (Prayer, Bible reading, fasting, listening and worship).

2.    Live what you lead.  We can never ask our people to do things we are not currently doing or at least working on ourselves.  That means how we live at home, in the community, online, is a part of our leadership. (be in a group, tithe and offering, serve, disciple making)

3.    Collaborate and celebrate .  We are one church family, one team, with one mission. You are expected to work with other ministry team members to build a stronger, more Christ-like church and celebrate other ministries wins as your wins as well. (attend both services and all church events)

 4.    Multiply yourself:  Your job is both fulfilling the expected responsibilities below, while at the same time, empowering and developing others around you who can do your job as well.
