Administrative Assistant

Background

American Equipment is a small family owned Equipment Dealership located outside of Sabina, OH right off of Interstate 71. Quality, reliability, and outstanding service are the foundation of our company. We specialize in sales and service of top-quality agriculture and landscaping equipment from trusted brands such as JCB, Claas, Mahindra, Rhino, SCAG, Exmark, Ferris, and STIHL

 

Responsibilities

  • American Equipment is a seeking a self-motivated, detail orientated, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team
  • This position will have an array of responsibilities including purchase orders, billing, customer service, record keeping, processing mechanic work orders for customer repairs, marketing responsibilities and other duties. 
  • Looking for someone that can learn all aspects of our small business and complete tasks as they see necessary
  • Hours are 8am-5pm M-F

Qualifications

  • Requirements include computer literacy, Excel/Word experience, exceptional customer service skills and attendance
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random Drug Screenings, Background Check and Employment Verification
  • Experience/Knowledge in small engine parts is preferred, but can be taught
