Jr. Process Engineer

Position: Jr. Process Engineer 

Location: COVINGTON, GA 

JOB SUMMARY 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target 

Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis  

Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering 

Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools  

Maintain process optimization based on knowledge of target materials 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Familiar with semiconductor integration processes 

Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required 

Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

Semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required 

QUALITIFICATION: 

Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments 

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States 

Ability to be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others 

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field

EXPERIENCE: 

 1 year experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred but not required
