Business Development Representative

Company: Cadence Title Services

Location: Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton (Hybrid)

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)  

Hourly pay plus performance bonuses.

Position Summary

Cadence Title Services is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to drive new Realtor, Lender, and Strategic Partner relationships through networking, social engagement, and consistent pipeline follow-up. This is a visibility, relationship, and revenue-focused role.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales & Relationship Development

• Prospect and build relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Loan Officers, Builders, Real Estate Teams, Estate Attorneys, Investors

• Schedule and attend weekly networking events.

• Coordinate educational events

• Set 2 new partner meetings per week.

2. Networking & Community Visibility

• Represent Cadence at local Realtor Associations, WCR, Business Alliance meetings, Broker Opens, and Open Houses.

• Track all contacts in CRM.

• Follow up within 24 hours of meeting new contacts.

3. Social Media Marketing

• Support brand presence on Instagram, and Facebook

• Post 3–4 times per week.

• Promote closings, testimonials, and events.

• Engage daily with Realtor and Lender content.

 

4. CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain organized database of Realtors, Lenders, Prospects, and Past Clients.

• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with organized campaigns

• Track referral sources.

• Build and report pipeline metrics.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable initiating cold calls and in-person introductions
  • Strong phone presence and willingness to conduct daily outreach calls
  • Relationship-driven with natural networking ability
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM follow-up and pipeline tracking
  • Comfortable attending events and representing the brand professionally
  • Social media fluency (Instagram and Facebook preferred)
  • Goal-oriented with consistent meeting-setting capability
