POSITION:                 Culinary Arts Instructor – Anticipated (FT, 10-month, Day)

ASSIGNMENT:          Career, Technical and Adult Education

SITE/BUILDING:        To be determined - Suffolk County, NY

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NYS Culinary Arts 7-12 Certification or eligible for Transitional A Certification

• Minimum three (3) years of industry experience and classroom experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide theory and practical application
• Complete all required paperwork including student attendance and grade reports

START DATE:                                   September 1, 2026

MINIMUM STARTING SALARY:      $59,861.00*

 * Minimum starting salary rates are established per 2025-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).  2026-2027 compensation rates will follow CBAs when available.
