Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CUCollaborate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the credit union industry. 

Duties: 

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries. Create and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media (LinkedIn). KPIs: Minimum of 300 calls per week and 18 completed demos per month. 

Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, needs, and pain points. Assess the suitability of leads and qualify them based on established criteria.  

Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with qualified leads through personalized, compelling messaging (Cold calling, emails, video prospecting, LinkedIn). Schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.  

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Hubspot CRM. Regularly update lead information to ensure data integrity.  

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns. Provide valuable feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.  

Required Skills:

  • Resourceful with exceptional communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot CRM a plus, LinkedIn 

Education:• 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar relevant field with 6 months - 1 year of cold calling or sales experience  
  • Credit Union experience a plus 

Salary:

Base salary: $55,000 with On Target Earnings (OTE) : $75,000
