We're looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Specialist to join our team - no sales, upselling, or quotas required. Just bring your energy, expertise, and heart for making a difference!
Compensation: commensurate with experience $20-$22/ hour

How you will make an impact
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to evaluate residents’ current health and functional abilities.
- Design and implement individualized exercise programs incorporating flexibility, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning.
- Instruct and educate members on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results.
- Support the coordination and delivery of community-wide wellness programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment for all residents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and staff, motivating and encouraging active lifestyles.
- Assist in the daily operations of the Aquatic Center, including performing required water testing and safety checks.
- Lead engaging group exercise classes tailored to varying ability levels.
- Provide specialized training for clients with diverse medical conditions and cognitive impairments.
What you will need
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
- Personal Training Experience preferred
