About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our team as an Aflac Agent. Internships are also available. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating others, and creating long-term value for businesses and their employees.

As an Aflac Agent, you’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to help them offer voluntary benefits that employees truly value. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and a structured development path — no prior insurance experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with local businesses to educate them on Aflac’s voluntary benefit solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and HR contacts
• Help employees understand their benefits options through clear, professional presentations
• Manage your own schedule while consistently working toward personal and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Grow a book of business that can provide long-term income potential

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently
• A professional mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field locally
• Sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience is helpful — but not required
