E-Commerce & Data Operations Analyst (Part-Time)

Electric Supply Connection is a Southern California–based wholesale electrical distributor with a rapidly growing national e-commerce presence. We supply contractors and commercial customers while expanding aggressively across online marketplaces, including Amazon.

 

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized student to assist with marketplace operations, product listings, and data management. This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, supply chain, entrepreneurship, or e-commerce.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central

• Build, clean, and manage large Excel/Google Sheets files

• Prepare and submit bulk listing uploads using templates

• Monitor and update pricing, quantities, and product attributes

• Troubleshoot listing errors and reconcile upload issues

• Organize SKU, UPC, and inventory data

• Assist with marketplace expansion initiatives

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting, filtering required)

• Extremely detail-oriented with high accuracy

• Comfortable working with large datasets

• Organized, proactive, and dependable

• Interest in business, operations, or e-commerce

 

Preferred (not required):

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Ebay, Walmart and shopify 

• Experience working with product data or inventory systems

 

This is not a typical job or internship. You will be directly involved in scaling a real distribution business and improving the systems behind a growing national Amazon store.

Part-time (10–20 hours per week). Flexible scheduling. Competitive hourly pay based on experience. There is strong potential for full-time growth, and you will be involved in key operational decisions while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.
