Registered Nurse

What You’ll Do

Triage: Provide high-quality phone and in-person triage, guiding patients to the right level of care.

Patient Care: Support providers with clinical assessments and care coordination.

Quality & Safety: Participate in quality improvement initiatives that directly improve patient outcomes.

Patient Education: Empower patients and families with tools and knowledge to manage their health.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license (State of Vermont, in good standing).
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with a calm, patient-centered approach.
