Acceleration Partner

Acceleration Partners (APs) are experienced school, district, or network leaders with a proven track record of improving student learning through their instructional leadership. They seek to broaden their impact by providing sustained, direct coaching and support to teachers and current school leaders across Jounce Partner schools.

A Jounce Acceleration Partner will work with the Jounce team to coach school leaders and teachers at Jounce’s partner schools, in order to accelerate teacher skill growth and accelerate student learning. 

Responsibilities include planning and executing teacher development and school leadership trainings for leaders at up to 15 partner schools; coaching up to 15 leaders and/or teachers directly across up to 7 partner schools; and, in collaboration with the Jounce leadership, updating and refining Jounce’s teacher development and school leadership model.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary and benefits for Acceleration Partners are commensurate with experience and competitive in the field, with a starting salary ranging from 120,000 to 160,000.
