What You’ll Do

Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment

Implement curriculum in ways that meet each child’s individual needs

Build strong relationships with families

Partner with your center team to support enrollment, engagement, and accreditation goals

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment

Meet state qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children throughout the day
