As a Scrum Master, you’ll guide diverse teams of student developers, designers, and storytellers as they build an educational simulation game that mirrors real professional environments. Drive Agile Development

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple development teams
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Maintain clarity around goals, timelines, and deliverables

Remove Roadblocks & Support Collaboration

• Identify obstacles and help teams resolve them quickly
• Foster communication across designers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with project goals and Zoo Media’s mission of accessible, youth-centered learning

Support Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Organize project documentation and workflows
• Encourage iterative improvement and reflective team practices
• Help maintain a development environment where students feel supported, confident, and empowered

You’ll be a strong fit if you are:

• Experienced with or trained in Scrum or other agile methodologies
• A clear communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable coordinating across creative and technical teams
• Studying Project Management, Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms
• Ready to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 120–365 days 
• Team Meetings:
  • Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
  • Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
  • Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
  • SkillBridge participants also meet Thursdays @ 9:00 AM MST 
• Start Windows:
  • January 1–5 (Winter)
  • April 1–5 (Spring)
  • June 1–5 (Summer)
  • August 1–5 (Fall)
  • October 1–5 (Winter) 
• Academic Credit: Students must confirm eligibility with their school’s internship coordinator
