As a Scrum Master, you’ll guide diverse teams of student developers, designers, and storytellers as they build an educational simulation game that mirrors real professional environments. Your leadership will help transform complex concepts into interactive, engaging learning experiences for students everywhere.
🎮 Your Role: Facilitate, Empower, and Elevate the Team
You’ll serve as the connective force that keeps development moving, communication flowing, and creativity thriving. Your work ensures that every contributor—technical or creative—has what they need to succeed.
Drive Agile Development
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple development teams
- Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Maintain clarity around goals, timelines, and deliverables
Remove Roadblocks & Support Collaboration
- Identify obstacles and help teams resolve them quickly
- Foster communication across designers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with project goals and Zoo Media’s mission of accessible, youth-centered learning
Support Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Organize project documentation and workflows
- Encourage iterative improvement and reflective team practices
- Help maintain a development environment where students feel supported, confident, and empowered
