🎯 Your Mission: Build Partnerships, Fuel Creativity, Drive Growth
As a Zoo Media Advertising, Sponsorship & Marketing Intern, you’ll support the strategy behind the campaigns, collaborations, and brand relationships that power our youth‑centered media ecosystem. You’ll contribute directly to the partnerships that help creators, student‑athletes, and young storytellers thrive.
Develop Creative Revenue Strategies
- Support the design and coordination of advertising and sponsorship strategies across sports, entertainment, and youth‑driven digital media
- Contribute ideas that align brand goals with authentic creator‑led storytelling
Lead Smart, Purposeful Outreach
- Identify and engage potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators
- Assist with proposals, pitch decks, meeting coordination, and follow‑ups
- Learn how to build relationships rooted in trust, mission alignment, and long‑term value
Bridge Sales, Marketing & Creative
- Work with Zoo Media’s executive team, creative leads, and marketing managers
- Align partnership efforts with brand identity, campaign goals, and platform rollouts
- Support cross‑team collaboration that keeps campaigns cohesive and creator‑centered
Strengthen Brand & Community Partnerships
- Maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, creators, and media contacts
- Assist with campaign activations, promotional content, and partnership deliverables
- Help ensure every collaboration reflects Zoo Media’s values of accessibility, creativity, and youth empowerment
Make Research-Driven Decisions
- Analyze emerging markets, youth trends, and competitor strategies
- Evaluate sponsorship models and digital engagement techniques
- Provide insights that support long‑term growth and mission‑aligned innovation

You’ll excel in this role if you are:
- A current undergraduate in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Media, or a related field
- Passionate about advertising, media partnerships, and youth‑driven storytelling
- A strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Familiar with digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and social platforms
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, CRM systems, or basic HTML

- Location: Remote
- Duration: 180-day minimum, up to 365 days
- Apprenticeship: Available based on performance
