We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Web Developer to join our Marketing team and support the development and maintenance of our corporate websites and e-commerce platforms. This role blends Shopify development with full-stack web fundamentals, offering an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with developing and customizing Shopify themes based on design specifications.
  • Support website updates and maintenance using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Help optimize website performance, page speed, SEO elements, and responsive design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic web and Shopify-related issues.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team members to deliver polished digital experiences.
  • Participate in site audits, performance reporting, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update code using version control tools such as Git.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify and the Liquid templating language.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
  • Interest in SEO, UX, and responsive design best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio are a plus.

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant web development experience. Examples may include Shopify themes, custom projects, personal websites, or academic work that showcases technical skills and creativity.
