Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Inspection / Final Test II professional to perform functional and physical testing of completed products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (NEC, UL, CSA). This role is responsible for verifying product quality, operating test stations, troubleshooting electrical components, and ensuring units meet required specifications and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional and physical inspection of electrical components

Operate test bays/stations and related equipment

Conduct testing using multi-meters, hipot testers, leak check equipment, and refrigeration manifold gauges

Troubleshoot and repair faulty components

Verify product compliance with NEC and UL/CSA standards

Review order documentation and ensure product conformance

Use hand and power tools (ratchets, torque tools, crimpers, air tools, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications

Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

2-year Electrical or HVAC trade school certification and/or relevant experience

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Comfortable working in high-voltage power station environments

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proficiency using hand tools, multi-meters, and testing equipment
