Customer Operations and Strategy Associate

Title: Customer Operations & Strategy Associate (possible Chief of Staff)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 + performance-based growth to $75K+

 

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Operations & Strategy Associate to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to help scale one of the fastest-growing appliance service companies in Texas.

This is not a typical “customer service” role.

You will sit at the center of our business—owning customer experience, supporting operations, and contributing to strategic initiatives including automation, AI tools, and growth projects.

 What You’ll Do

Own customer communication: schedule service calls, coordinate technicians, and ensure a seamless experience

Act as the “control tower” for daily operations across technicians, customers, and internal teams

Identify inefficiencies and help improve dispatching, routing, and customer workflows

Support leadership on special projects (AI tools, automation, reporting, process improvements)

Help build dashboards and track key business metrics (performance, revenue, service quality)

Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduate (or 0–2 years experience)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communicator (comfortable on phone + email)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Technicians are efficiently scheduled with minimal downtime

You begin taking ownership of projects beyond day-to-day operations
