Store Manager
Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is looking for a high-energy, positive attitude, team-minded individual to join our team! The Store Manager position is essential for the success of our retail store operation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Perform tasks necessary for an efficient operation
- Train and motivate store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace
- Create an exciting shopping environment
- Serve as a positive role model to employees
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years of experience working with the public is preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements are required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
