● Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues with computer systems, including desktops,
laptops, peripherals, and other related equipment.
● Perform repairs, upgrades, and replacements of faulty components to minimize
downtime and ensure smooth functionality.
● Software Installation and Configuration:
● Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications on computers
and laptops as per the school district's requirements.
● Ensure that the necessary software licenses are appropriately managed and adhered to.
● Network Connectivity and Support:
● Assist in configuring and maintaining network connections for computers, ensuring
reliable access to internet resources and intranet services.
● Collaborate with the network team to address connectivity and network-related issues.
