Interior Design Intern

We're actively executing two live projects in Brooklyn—Waverly and Lafayette—where we're seeking hands-on support from a talented Pratt Interior Design intern.

**Internship Details:**

- **Scope**: Beyond conceptual design, the role includes execution assistance on innovative epoxy flooring applications, creative lighting concepts (e.g., layered ambient/task/accent systems), and sourcing/selection of fixtures, furniture, and FF&E that align with modern residential trends.

- **Projects**: Waverly (multi-family renovation with open-concept units) and Lafayette (new design for a Victorian emphasizing durable, high-impact materials).

- **Commitment**: Part-time (3-15 hrs/week),  starting ASAP through summer 2026; flexible for academic schedules and potential course credit via INT-9403.

- **Skills Desired**: Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp, Adobe Suite; experience with material innovation (epoxy systems, sustainable lighting), FF&E procurement, and on-site coordination. Bonus: NYC residential market familiarity.

This is a unique chance for a student to contribute to real-time decisions on live sites, build portfolio pieces, and gain developer-side experience.
