Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

With 24/7 multilingual support and customized language settings on all of our POS Systems, ZBS POS provides an essential service to the many business owners across the United States.
As the Merchant Onboarding Customer Service Expert within the Merchant Service Department at ZBS POS, you will be the voice of our company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions, and assisting customers with any inquiries or issues related to their purchases.
· Gain knowledge about ZBS products, different credit card processors etc.
· Open tickets using our ERP system for new applications.
· Validate and confirm customer information to process new applications.
· Assist new applications related issues for merchants (ex: platform setup, equipment setup, adding card types)
· Work with our financial partners to help address any credit card processor issues.
· Operate effectively with team members and foster the culture of teamwork.
· Communicate with cross functional team members like merchant service or tech support department.
Qualifications:
· 1+ year of computer experience using Word and Excel is a plus.
· Restaurant / Customer Service Experience is a plus.
· Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
· Strong communication with management including CRM updates on the progress.
Mandarin speaking is a plus.
