Location: Remote / Hybrid (Baltimore, MD preferred)
Hours: 10–15 hours/week (flexible around class schedule)
Duration: 10–12 weeks (with possibility to extend)

About Charlene’s Circle of Support & Kin2College2.0
Charlene’s Circle of Support (CCOS) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting kinship and foster youth by providing access to educational, social, and emotional resources.
Kin2College2.0 is our innovative app designed to help kinship youth navigate the path to college and career readiness through personalized guidance, resources, and support networks.
Responsibilities
Document app features, workflows, and user experience ideas
Research and evaluate the best tools, platforms, and prototypes for building a low-cost, scalable EdTech app
Support user testing planning, surveys, and feedback analysis
Maintain project documentation and timelines
Collaborate with CCOS team members to ensure app features align with the needs of kinship youth
Contribute creative ideas to improve app accessibility and engagement
Qualifications
Current college student (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields)
Interest in EdTech, social impact, or youth development
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
Learning Opportunities
