Role Responsibilities

Represent our client’s brand in designated partner locations

Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and facilitate new customer sign-ups

Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to company training standards

Participate in team meetings, skills training, and leadership development opportunities

Training & Development

Team members attend paid morning training sessions three days a week (1.5 hours each) at our Holmdel, NJ office – Colab at Bell Works – focused on skill-building, role training, and leadership growth.

Compensation

This is a W-2 employment position.
$16/hour guaranteed base pay OR weekly commission — whichever is higher, paid each week.
Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit.
