Job Summary:

Galaxy Global International is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate to support showroom sales, digital marketing initiatives, e-commerce operations, and customer relationship management. This role combines in-person sales with digital growth strategies and requires strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Showroom Sales (Part-Time)

Greet and assist customers in the showroom.

Provide product knowledge and tailored recommendations.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

2. Video Content & Product Clips

Record short product video clips for promotional use.

Assist in creating engaging product demonstrations.

Coordinate content ideas aligned with marketing strategy.

3. E-Commerce Operations

Upload and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.

Monitor online orders and assist with fulfillment coordination.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.

4. CRM Entry & Customer Management

Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

Track sales activities and follow-up communications.

Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.

5. Data Marketing & AI Growth Model

Assist in analyzing sales and customer data to support marketing strategies.

Support implementation of AI-driven growth initiatives.

Identify trends and insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.

6. TikTok Traffic Optimization

Assist in creating and optimizing TikTok content to drive traffic.

Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing online visibility and conversions.

7. CRM System Analysis

Analyze CRM reports to evaluate sales performance and customer behavior.

Identify gaps and opportunities for improved follow-up and conversion.

Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok.

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.

Experience with CRM systems and data entry.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Part-time position (schedule based on business needs).
