Marketing Intern

Boll Filter Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of renowned Boll & Kirch Filterbau GmbH in Germany, is offering a paid Marketing internship over the summer and possibly continuing on a Part-Time basis through the academic year. Boll Filter Corporation, located in Novi, MI, is recognized as the leading provider of high quality automated industrial filtration in the United States.                 The Marketing Intern will help promote Boll Filter Corporation through online research, managing social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, general business tasks and assisting in special projects as needed.  This role will require 15-20 hours per week, schedule is negotiable. This role is Onsite in our Novi, MI location

The ideal candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college with a current GPA of 3.0 or above. Candidate will have an interest in Business and Marketing, with emphasis on digital marketing, social media and special projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Compensation:

• Up to $20.00/hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Resourceful
• Highly Motivated
• 1+ years Marketing support experience or coursework
• A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Manage digital platforms, including updates, campaigns, announcements
• Tradeshow coordination, ordering and booth graphic design
• Record and organize LinkedIn ad data results
• Organize and coordinate email blast campaigns with sales team and B&K
• Maintain Marketing campaign calendar
• Some organic LinkedIn posting, weekly
• Assist with company newsletter
• Create content for brand promotion
• Work with staff to conduct research on various industries and applications
• Promote Boll Filter Corporation and its products using various platforms
• Collect, record and reconcile data from various data file types accurately and consistently to ensure quality results for internal records
• Provide appropriate reports and statistical data to our sales department for the necessary follow-up and resolution
• Assist with office operations
• Assist with and perform any other duties as needed or assigned
• Support the success of Boll Filter Corporation, USA, in cooperation with Boll & Kirch, Germany, to promote the organization’s position as the global market leader in its field
